Loving Dean: Nights

Drabble

Samantha Winchester always has sleepless nights. Every time she wakes, all she sees is various scenarios that has Jesse telling her that it was her fault he died, that if she had stayed with him, he wouldn't have been dead. He would've been alive. Sometimes, he even said that she was sick, having...feelings, for her own brother. It wasn't her fault, she didn't want to have them. But she did, and she hated herself for it. Although, in those nights, she would wake up - panting, sweating and mentally killing herself internally - and immediately jump into her brother, Dean Winchester's bed, his arms wrapping themselves around her as soon as she did. When he did that, she hated herself.

But that made her feel a little better.

It made her feel...whole, like how she used to feel with Jesse but...a little bit...better.

Which made Samantha hate herself even more and more. Although, there was nothing else she could do. She felt so..safe, content...warm around him, and she couldn't stop feeling this way, no matter how much she tried. She couldn't even stop herself from jumping into his bed every time she would get those nightmares of Jesse. Samantha couldn't help snuggling into Dean's embrace every time he would hug her from behind.

And Samantha couldn't help lightly kissing his lips before sleep would overtake her, this time, not being filled with gulity nightmares about Jesse, but happy dreams about Dean.
