A/N: After reading this poem a couple of times I realized that parts of it could possibly sound like Sora (figures) but I'm still saying that it's Matt, hopefully you'll agree! Hopefully! The whole love thing kinda messed it up, but I really wanted to post something! Even if it was another not so great poem, oh well R/R.


~Destined to be Alone~


If only fate could bring me

To a place where I belong

To a place I am not alone

Where everything isn't wrong


If only life would give me

Something to believe

Something I could trust

That would never deceive


Someone that would be there

With me till the end

Someone who would be there

Someone more then a friend


Someone who could love me

For everything that I've become

Who in the times I need them most

Will not turn and run


Who I know will not hurt me

Not break my heart so fast

Someone who doesn't care

About what happened in the past


And will I find that someone

Right now I am unsure

Right now looking at my future

Which seems clouded and obscure


But maybe some day

That someone will be found

Or maybe I already know them

And maybe they're around


Or maybe I'm just fooling myself

Cause I just can't seem to see

That out of everyone in this world

Why anyone would want me


So maybe it's my fate

Destined to be alone

Who could ever love me

I guess I should have known


That I am meant to be alone

Until my life is done

Cause it just seems for me

That there is no one.
