Disclaimer: I don't own Gravity Falls. I seriously wish I did though, if that helps.
Main Pairing: Dipper/Pacifica (sorta)
Warnings: Swearing
AN: I don't normally write or read Dipcifica, but the mood struck me. So here it is. Enjoy the small drabble.
Caught in the Woods
Dipper Pines scared Pacifica Northwest. He scared the whole town really, but not for the same reasons.
"Is there a problem, Miss Northwest?" Dipper's drawling voice raised goosebumps over Pacifica's flesh. She crossed her arms over her chest, glaring at the boy currently standing in front of her. They stood in the ample Gravity Falls forest with no one around to hear them, not even Dipper's twin sister, Mabel.
"The only problem here is you." Pacifica mentally patted herself on the back for her steady voice. Somehow without Mabel here it just made Dipper Pines even more imposing. He didn't seem like much in the muscle department, but the way he carried himself like nothing could touch him, would dare touch him, spoke volumes. Only once had Pacifica seen him in action, and she did not want to witness it again.
Dipper chuckled and took a step toward her, his steps silent. His smirk only widened when Pacifica took a step back. "Tell me, Miss Northwest, what has you out in the woods all alone?" He clasped his hands behind his back and continued walking toward her. His dark eyes gleamed.
Pacifica swallowed once. She lost Gideon in the woods an hour ago, but she wasn't about to tell him that. "None of your business, Pines." Her voice lacked the confidence she had a minute ago.
Dipper made a noncommittal sound. "Actually, it is my business. This is technically my land, you know. I could have you arrested."
Pacifica tried not to wince. She hadn't meant to cross onto the Pines' land. Damn Gideon and his stubbornness.
"So, you see, Miss Northwest, you might say your fate is in my hands. Why shouldn't I call the police and have them take you away?"
Pacifica's back hit a tree. Dipper kept approaching until he stood an inch away from her, staring expectantly. She knew he could and would do much worse than calling the police if she had truly offended him or was in any type of danger. And she knew Dipper Pines at least somewhat. This had to be one of his games. All she had to do was play along.
Still, it easier said than done. Especially with Dipper Pines this close to her. She could see the tiny freckles dotting his nose and cheekbones. His lips were curled in his perpetual smirk.
Pacifica was scared. To have a crush on a Pine twin was easily the most terrifying thing she could think of.
AN: This was probably awful, but I still had fun. Hope you enjoyed at least a little. Review?
