He rules countless star-systems and is feared by many and yet a fraction of theUniniversestill eludes him. The God Emperior wants to learn more about this sector, what he finds is a thriving civilization of humans not dependent on spice. The Planet is Earth. Leto II is planning to attack, but it willhave tobe a covert action from the inside.
Leto II sat in his receiving chamber waiting for in most senior advisors to arrive. As he waited he thought about how he would infiltrate Earth. Just then a Gard said, "Sire, visitors." "Bring them in" Leto ordered. The Gard said, "yes sir." The gard brought in three men in courier attire. The God Emperor was the first to speak, he said, "So Duncan, this Earth I take it will not be easy to take down." Duncan noded and said, "Yes sire, we have completed a report on the state of the planet and have found they are much more advanced than we assumed, we found that the most powerful nation seems to be the United States." Leto said, "And is that the only threat to my power there?" "No", Duncan continued, "we have found that this branch of humans have become very powerful." The God Emperor pondered on this and then said,"Duncun I want you to go to this Earth and report on what you find."
