Your laugh makes me smile
The laughs and the Doctor's high pitched voice were heard from the console room to every single room. The noise came from one specific room, the karaoke-bar.
The music was loud, very loud, the song was unrecognizable, he didn't know the lyrics so he tried, in vain, to sing. river was laughing so hard that she didn't notice when she fell to the floor. Amy and Rory were at the side of the bar, Rory behind it, like the barman, they were talking, between laugh and laugh when they looked at the Doctor. The song ended and the same second the Doctor was selecting another song when he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"My turn to sing a song, sweetie" said River behind him.
He sat in the sofa, looking at her, her gold curls fell to one side of her face and the lights of the stage highlighted her body with that skinny dress.
The song began and she walked down the microphone, her eyes fixed on his, she began to dance to the sound. He opened his mouth and closed it again when she sang.
"I made it through the wilderness, somehowI made it through" she waved her hair like an ocean. "I didn't know how lost I was until I found you" she threw her finger in his direction with a smile on her lips.
Amy noticed the red rising from the Doctor's neck up to his ear. She turned to Rory, who was looking at River, with open eyes, how she did some sexy moves.
"I don't know if I want to leave or stay and see how he blushes" she said.
Rory turned to her. "The real thing is if this is going to become a strip club".
They moved together to watch the chorus.
"Like a virgin, touched for the very first time" she winked to him. "Like a virgin, when your hearts beat next to mines", her dance made the Doctor grab a pillow and crash it into his lap.
The song ended with a very, very, red Doctor, eyes fixed on the floor and time to time looking at River or Amy and Rory. Amy walked to river, to watch what was the next song she was going to sing, River passed the songs on the screen and stopped in one.
"Oh, come on. That's just evil" said Amy. "Stop torturing the boy, look at him" she turned to the Doctor, blushing from ear to ear, with two more pillows on his lap. "I'll put some slow music so we can dance".
The soft music ran throw the room, filling and relaxing their bodies. The Doctor stood up and took River between his arms, around her waist, pulling her close. Her hands in his hair, touching his floppy hair, and neck pulling him to kiss her.
Amy walked towards Rory to find him with open arms, waving with the music. Amy hugged him, letting the music guide them. River looked at her parents, swing with the music and Amy looked at her daughter and her best friend dance. Their eyes met, smiled and laughed, happy with the family emotion they felt. The song ended and the Doctor's stomach sounded like a wild bear, he blushed and asked.
"Who else is hungry?" All of theme raised their hands to answer the question, and went to the dining room where they found some truly delicacies on the table.
