After a chain of wacky hijinks that involve Naruto doing a variety of stupid things, with some sealing experiments thrown in for good measure, Naruto found himself in Mahora Academy. The hows and whys are truly unimportant to the proceedings, so let's skip them and go straight to Konoe Konoemon's office, the office of Mahora's headmaster. Because that's what he was. There, there is a group of people composed of Konoemon himself, Uzumaki Naruto, Takahata Takamichi and Konoemon's Big Breasted Secretary of the Week ("Shizuna-kun! Come back! I won't touch your butt again!" wept Konoemon privatly).

"... Well, Uzumaki-san, we'll provide you with food and lodging until we can figure out a way to send you back to your proper dimension. Now, please, call up Evangeline-san to tell her she'll have a new roommate, Takami-"

Konoemon burst out laughing, as did Death Glasses Takahata, both grabbing their stomachs as their laughter dwindled down. "You've still got it, Headmaster," said the amused teacher, wiping a lone tear from his eye. "Rooming a random stranger with Evangeline-san! A male one, at that!"

"Yes, yes, I surprise myself with my own jokes sometimes," admitted Konoemon, sighing as he stopped.

"I don't get it," admitted Naruto shamelessly, squinting at them.

"Oh, you wouldn't get it even if I explained it. It's kind of an in-joke," explained Takamichi, calming down. "You see, this is the girls only side of the campus, and Evangeline-san is a particularl... unpleasant student. Anyway, follow me, I'll take you to a free room in the boys' side of the school. We have plenty of those..."

"I wouldn't want to room with some random girl anyway!" countered Naruto, clearly honest. "Anyway... do you know where I can get some ramen?"

Some people got to work on reproducing the accident that had brought Naruto to Mahora Academy and they managed it a few months after work on it began. During that time, many jokes were made, such as randomly making him a teacher (Naruto substituted once for a P.E. teacher and decided that he would never again teach anyone anything, teaching Konohamaru did NOT prepare him for teaching two dozen little boys), a teacher assistant to Negi (Naruto met Asuna, and Asuna realized that Negi wasn't all that bad after meeting exactly the kind of brat she disliked so much... Unfortunately for her, Kotaro continued the trend, and Fate was arguably worse... She wound up hating children in general), a security guard (the school security had become a favorite target of Naruto's after they started preventing him from leaving Mahora's campus... until he accidentally got Mana with a prank, at which point Naruto decided never to risk hitting her by collateral again) and all manner of things.

The only job he could keep was the janitorial one, and that was only because someone had to clean up after his own messes.

Naruto wound up disliking Negi immensely. Negi never noticed Naruto existed. It might have had something to do with that.

Also, Takamichi did know where to find Ramen.
