They Stand There
They stand there
Side by side
Breathing in the fresh sea air
And watching the ocean tide
They then looked to the sun overhead
The sun was a golden balloon
Ready to go to bed
They knew that the time was coming soon
As they hear the seagulls' cries
The boy and girl move closer together
For the sun was beginning to splash colors upon the wide open skies
And the scenery was about to get better
They stand there
Side by side
Holding hands
For the time of the beautiful sunset was finally here
They cherished this wonderful moment
For they were as happy as they could be
They were so joyful and happy their time was well spent
On this beautiful evening event
The sun then finally waved goodbye
It was time for it to leave the sky
After the sun, came the moon, and it rose proud and high
Both boy and girl gave a long satisfied sigh
So then they stood there that evening
Side by side
Still holding hands
And looked into each other's sparkling eyes
