The 5th Night
Olette looked out the window. Same sky as always, but the clock on the station tower said the time was 12:08. Time to sleep.
Unfortunately for her, that wasn't happening.
She was too worried about him. So many strange things had occurred, and they sort of…changed him…
But it would be alright. The entire town was going to help them find out what was wrong, and then she and Roxas…
Olette was startled by a tapping at her window.
"Olette, open up!"
It was him.
"C'mon! Let me in!"
The surprised girl unlocked her window and helped the boy climb inside.
"Roxas? What are you doing here so late at night?"
"I…I needed to see you. And to tell you something…"
After a long explanation, Roxas sighed and looked into her dark green eyes.
"And that's everything I know…"
Olette blinked. "I…Roxas…Wow."
The blond boy sighed again. "I just don't know what to do…"
She stopped him by putting a finger to his lips. "No matter what happens, I'll be there for you."
Roxas gazed at her for a moment, then silently hugged her. I wish you could be…
Her voice snapped him out of his thoughts. "Wha-?"
Olette blushed."I said…I love you Roxas…"
The boy smiled. "I love you too, Olette."
A moment of hesitation. And then—a kiss. It only lasted a few seconds, but it was more than enough to convey their feelings.
Suddenly, Roxas removed his lips from hers and said,"I have to go. See you tomorrow…"
Olette nodded, feeling a little shy. "Yeah…"
He moved opened the window and started to leave.
"Roxas…"
"Yeah?"
"I'll always be there for you…"
The boy smiled sadly and climbed out.
