A Sweet Embrace

The dark crimson liquid flowed from the crevice of her tanned skin. She laid limply on the floor. Red liquid encircle around her. Red markings, words formed on the walls and mirror in the same liquid. Struggling to inhale the much needed oxygen, her lungs threaten to collapse on her. Her mind becoming numb from the word. Darkness blanked her into a peaceful slumber. The seen before him was unbelievable, their laid his best friend sitting in a pool of red liquid. The words on the mirror and walls shocked him. He was too late. He ran frantically calling the ambulance. The sirens were heard approaching the house. They hurried to try to save her dying soul. He felt himself dying, emotional he loved her. He had put off his feelings so long and now it could be too late. As he entered the room, his eyes full of hope the sound of her heart on the monitor beeping to the uneven beats of her. Tears welled up in his light brown orbs. Salty drops of pain dropped on her pretty face. He leaned over her placing a light kiss on her lips. Her lips were cold as ice and even as she lay their as dead as a corpse, she still looked like his best friend of ten years and his gorgeous angel that she was. She was right their yet he still missed her. He missed her laugh, her smile, her jokes and her all around personality. The sound of her heart seem to increase and become even. It was music to his ears. Then her eyes slowly slid open. The light hit her eye lids, opening to see her best friend standing over her with that dorky grin on his face. He had found her in time, he had saved her why? She heard his voice said breaking her thoughts "You were always good enough for me" as soon as those words hit her ears tears of salty liquid spilt from their banks. Her black orbs looked at him, streaks of water running sown her sun kiss face. He cared. He thought she was good enough. She cried louder as his large arms engulfed her in a sweet embrace.
