A/N: I wrote this fic with my twin Cyn. We got the idea when we were watching Stargate SG-1 on another one of our DVD nights. Unbeta'd, mistakes belong to us. Not one of my/our best works either but I definitely love the end. However, critique is most welcome :)

Summary: Helen and Nikola are watching Stargate SG-1.

Disclaimer: As always I do not own anything...doesn't stop me from trying though ;)

DVD-Night at the Sanctuary

Helen was rubbing her temple. She had been working the whole day without a break. BigGuy had brought her a cup of tea and some food but besides the tea she hadn't touch anything of the rest. With a heavy sigh Helen was about to put the final touch to her report when the door to her office opened suddenly.

"Nikola." Helen said unimpressed without even looking up.

"You haven't lost your touch, my dear... and you're still working." Nikola said smirking while walking up to her straight.

"What do you want?"

"Distracting you from work."

"Like always?" Helen asked putting her pen aside.

Nikolas smirk grew even wider.

"I knew you couldn't get your eyes off of me, Helen."

"You wish!" Helen looked up smiling softly.

She wanted to get her pen back to finish her work but Nikola was faster. He grabbed her hand and gently puller her off the chair.

"No more work today, my love. I have a better idea." He said when he saw Helens questioning look.

Nikola dragged her behind him through the room, the hallways of the Sanctuary to the room he wanted to go- the living room. Helen had protested the first minute but gave up when Nikola hadn't even listened anymore.

"And what now?"

"Sit down. I'll do the rest." Nikola said leading her to the couch.

Helen frowned. What the bloody hell...

Nikola opened one of the shelves to get a DVD out of it.

"Stargate?" Helen asked more than surprised.

"I know, I know. I didn't think I'd like it either but it's...entertaining."

He put the DVD in the player and started it. Grabbing the remote he turned on the TV and sat down next to Helen.

They were watching "Threads" when Helen snuggled closer. That Sam character made her think about herself and her dad. Nikola almost smiled softly when she had come closer and put and arm around her shoulder wondering if she would pull back. She didn't, to his surprise. Instead, Helen made herself more comfortable on his shoulder.

The episode slowly came to its end and when Sam's father died Helen couldn't help herself but cry silently. It was like if she would see herself in the TV. Nikola didn't know the episode before but he was thinking the same. It was too familiar to be a coincidence... Helen smiled sadly when Sam and Jack sat together watching Jacob lying in the bed.

"Thank you." She heard from the TV.

"Always."

It got late when the episode finally found its end and Helen still didn't move an inch. They watched a few more episodes sitting like that until they fell asleep not much later.

BigGuy heard noise from the living room so he went to check it and found Nikola and Helen cuddling on the couch. He went to get a blanket for the two of them. Not much later BigGuy had out the blanket over them and left again.

"What did you do with the blanket?" Will asked.

He had seen the BigGuy taking it and leaving for the living room just a few minutes earlier.

"I made things look nice." BigGuy growled back leaving a puzzled Will behind.
