Freddie's eyes burned with tears longing to escape. He wouldn't let them fall. Guy's don't cry he reminded himself bitterly whenever he was about to let his emotions take over. Guy's don't cry. That was the thing he always repeated to himself. That was the last thing his dad have ever said to him. Why that would affect him he had no idea. The man had never cared for his family. All he cared about was beer and cheap flings. So why did that one tiny piece of advice mean so much to him? He stared at the ground his eyes still burning and his vision blurred. He longed to just give in and crumple up on the ground let the tears fall.
He felt a hand on his shoulder and almost jumped out of his skin. He turned silently and saw the blonde girl in front of him looking unusually caring. Without a word she slipped her hand into his and squeezed gently. He looked down at their hands before looking into her blue eyes. She stared back looking more worried for him than he'd ever seen. She gave his hand another delicate squeeze wordlessly telling him it was okay. She was here. She bit her lip searching for words but she knew she'd never find the right ones. So she simply wrapped her arms around him and hoped for the best. She heard a sniffle and felt him break down in her arms she didn't bother shushing him just let him sob into her shoulder letting out 16 years of pent up tears. She glanced at the gravestone he'd been staring at and felt tears cloud her own vision.

Tell me what the hell you think is going on in this fic because I don't know myself. You'll probably think of some awesome explanation. If you do you get a virtual cookie.
