Bio:
Dr. Julius Faustus was a deranged plastic surgeon from Los Angeles, California, who intentionally disfigured many of his is armed with a scalpel and has a set of metal "jaws" attached to his own face that resembles a bear trap, which he also uses to attack with. He died from an infection caused by the grafting of said contraption onto his face.
He was one of the four winners of Thrill Kill.
Normal Costume:
His regular appearance only alot more detaled (wich is a surgigal outfit with a blood staind apron).
Alternative Costume:
a Plague doctor costume (a black ankle length unbottend overcoat and without the bird-like beak mask but he has the brim hat i just think it woude work)
Throws
Forward Throw: Faustus grabs the opponent and flips himself over throwing the opponent in procces Backwards Throw: dos the same as eddie
Special Moves:
Dog eat dog: Faustus tackles the opponet and lifts them up with his teeth and shacks them violnentli.(Enhanced version is called dog maul he tackels the opponent and mauls them)
flying stabs: Faustus stabs the opponent with his scalpel so fast it looks blurry.(Enhanced Version is called flying scars Faustus uses both hands)
running trip: Faustus runs at the opponent and trips crashing into the opponent.
surgigal stab:he uses his scalpel to slices into the chest.(Enhanced version is called surgigal violence he dos the same as the regular but to face and chest)
X-Ray Move:
is ther a doctor here: Faustus tackels opponent breaking the back of the skull and bits into the shoulder bracking the shoulder blade he stands up lifts the opponent and stabs into the chest and cuts down opening the chest he finishes by punching into the cut hiting the hearts and breacking sevral ribs
Fatalities:
medical misfit: Faustus walks over to the opponent the camaera bigins to rotate around both while Faustus hacks into the opponent the camera stops faustus steps aside from the opponent to revial that the opponet has the same set of metal jaws like Faustus.
fatal achivement: Faustus walk around the opponent and summons a surigal tray stops the takes out a caliper measur the head he puts it away and takes a Metzenbaum scissors from the try starts cuting the skin and muscle around the skull he puts it back on the tray and and punches the skull breaking the skull and smashing the brain.

Faustus holds a teddy bear with no mouth we walks over to table puts the bear on the table and curton appers in front so the camera cant see what Faustus doing the curtans dissapper and Faustus holds bear now with razor jaws infront of the camera.
Battle Intro:
Faustus walks on to the field and say well dis will be easy.
Win pose:
Faustus scrapes his scalpel between his teeth.
Ending:
With the emperor dead when the thunder good came to thank Faustus for what he did but when thay toke hands raiden saw everything what he has done and what happend to him in hell but shockd him the most was the feeling that came from this man was so evil even more evil than Shao Khans Raiden need to keep an eye on the doctor.
