Don't own. JK Rowling does.
Wrinkles.
Molly Weasley knows there are potions, spells and other things to rid herself of these 'unpleasant' marks.
Molly Weasley does not think of them as unpleasant however. Why would someone want to get rid of these marks of survival?
Wrinkles to her, say 'I'm a survivor. I lived through two wars and raised seven kids. My life hasn't always been easy, and I know that. It's been stressful, and hard, but I made it through. As a survivor."
When she sees a woman on the street with wrinkles, she respects her. She must share Molly's views and has stayed strong throughout her life.
Molly has lost a child, she didn't always have enough money for her family, and her youngest son went missing for almost a year on the most dangerous mission she could imagine, and that gave her wrinkles.
She practically adopted Harry into her family, and just that was probably enough to give her half of her of the wrinkles on her face.
Wrinkles of stress, old age, sadness and just plain old wrinkles.
She wouldn't, couldn't, get rid of her wrinkles.
She passes these thoughts to Ginny, and she passed them on to her little Lily.
