Her black heels set the only sound in the narrow corridor. Her long, fiery red locks slid down against the back of her classy, black suit and skirt. Her leg wound was barely visible through her fishnet tights, but her limp was more than obvious.

A last sharp turn to the right led to a door, disguised in the midst of white walls. She typed in the code on the small, rectangular panel and a laser-type screen opened up and scanned her right eye. Finally, the door opened lightly and a countdown of beeping began until she entered the room and closed the door behind her. Let's just say, this room wasn't intended to be easily accessed.

Director Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D welcomed her with his loud, booming voice and everyone seated around the large oval-shaped table stared up at the sudden interruption. The board room then went quiet.

"Agent Romanova, so I see you've decided to join us again."

Many faces looked up at her entrance but only one didn't look away.

Natasha nodded. She didn't bother with excuses; it was too late for that now. Director Fury held her gaze for a few seconds and then proceeded to begin the meeting.

"Now, as most of you know, we have had some disturbance in the private sector of our managing board. Code 774, or, Agent Rogue as we've discussed before."

She froze. Natasha knew exactly what was going on. "Not again." She thought.

"I understand that a lot of you do not know of Code 774 or what exactly happened so that such a Code exists. Well, a few years back, there was an agent who is now referred to as Agent Rogue. This agent was one of the top agents we have ever hired and a favourite of S.H.I.E.L.D." He looked around.

"Let's just say, to cut a long story short, he went rogue, hence the name. He has been sited again recently and we must, and I underline the word "must", get rid of this motherfucker. Is everyone clear on that?" Director Fury glared sternly at the contents of the board room.

A few people nodded and Fury stood up. "Meeting dismissed."

Natasha got up from her chair and half-limped her way to the door that leaded to the gym. A strong hand grabbed hold of her arm and she looked up.

"You should get that looked at."
