Naruto POV

Naruto's eyes widened when he hit the tree and pain flared…

Sasuke POV

As Naruto hit the tree Sasuke realizes he did something very wrong and ran over to Naruto who was now on the ground twitching.

Oh Fuck! Naruto had hit his back where an old injury from when they fought Orochimaru was, which of course caused him to have a fit. Sasuke bent down and searched his boyfriend's pockets for his medication but he came across an empty bottle. Just great! The stupid Dobe had forgotten to refill his medication.

Swearing, Sasuke picked his twitching body up and ran towards the hospital panicking. If he didn't get there soon Naruto would slip into a coma. Sasuke ran faster, please, god please he begged let me get him there in time…

Sasuke made it there about two minutes later; he ran in the doors and spotted Tsunade immediately

"Lady Tsunade!"

She took one look at him and his odd cargo (Naruto) and understood. She rushed over "Lay him on the floor" She ordered and Sasuke did as he was told. Tsunade pulled out a syringe and tried unsuccessfully to inject him.

"Sasuke, I'm going to need you to pin him down"

Sasuke, panicking, did as he was told. Tsunade managed to inject him and the fit calmed. Only then did Sasuke realize what he was doing. He was kneeling on Naruto, hands pressed down on his shoulders and knees pressed down hard on his boyfriend's hips. He also became very aware that the other boy's face was rather close to his own, and that neither of them currently was wearing a shirt.

Tsunade looked down at the raven haired Uchiha, raising her eyebrow, she of course like everyone else knew the boys were well how to put this involved with one another but still this was very strange.

Sasuke quickly got up from his position on top of the unconscious blond boy, blushing furiously

"I panicked alright? I just did what I usually do!" Tsunade's eyebrow rose further and Sasuke stammered "T-That is to say…I-I mean it was a habit that's all!"

Tsunade's eyebrow rose higher and Sasuke went rather pale.

"I-I didn't mean…I meant t-to say that…that's not h-how I usually pin him down!"

Tsunade's eyebrow rose so high Sasuke was surprised it hadn't jumped off her forehead yet.

"Not that I-I…Not t-that he…You see we don't u-usually…" Tsunade continued to stare and Sasuke burst out saying "DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT HE AGRE- Suddenly someone's hand shot out and covered his mouth. Sasuke looked over to see that Naruto was now standing and that is was his hand currently over Sasuke's mouth.

Naruto grinned nervously "Sorry about that Grandma, I'll take him home now" and without removing his hand from Sasuke's mouth Naruto turned and dragged him out of the hospital.

A few hours later…

Naruto grinned up at his boyfriend from his position on the bed. "Hey Sasuke?"

"Hn?" was the reply.

"I don't suppose you could show me that move you used at the hospital today?
