Westly's Obituary

A/N: I love British accents. This was an English Assignment but found rather amusing. We had to write an obituary for a character in our chosen novel. My novel was of coarse The Princess Bride by William Goldman, and my character was Westley. I hope you enjoy. –Ferguspork
Westly
Died under the evil prince's hand much to the disappointment of his torture master who would have liked to keep him alive a little longer for kicks. Westly, a common born stable boy who as all stable boys in romantic novels are destined to be was tall, hansom, and sweaty. Westly left behind one Buttercup (yes that was her name his true love who needs saving. (Spasm Just once I would like to see a heroine who gets out of her own messes) one pirate ship and crew (does the lowly stable boy ever remain a lowly stable boy) one Spaniard out to avenge his dead father (Is it really such a surprise that he is the second best swordsman ever and the man who kill Igor the afore mentioned Spaniards father Domingo is the evil prince's torture master) one Fekki ("The gentlest giant ever to uproot a tree with his bare hands." Quoted of the back of the book. ). The major obstacles in Westly's life were as follows: he was a lowly stable boy, one cliff of invincibility, one fire swamp, lots of R.O.U.S. (rodents of unusual size Which are unfortunately for Westly CACOF. carnivorous and capable of frenzy) And to top it all of one zoo of death. A few of Westly's accomplishments are: saving Buttercup, Climbing the cliff of invincibility, traversing the fire swamp, and beating Igor making him only the second best swordsman ever. Westly is loved by all who meet him (He came back to life with the help of miracle Max – Like anyone but Mercedes Lackey would ever kill off the main character half way through the book-) except for the evil prince and maybe thoughts he robbed.
