Shadow gazed out into the horizon of Westopolis. It was the year of 3011. The city was buzzing along, as usual. A newspaper was flying in the wind, hit Shadow's leg, and flew off. Who am I? Shadow the Hedgehog. Why does that name haunt me? It's the only thing I can remember, besides that gruesome image.
~Flash back 1000 years ago~
The ebony hedgehog was running along the ark's corridors with a blue hedgehog.
"You ok, Shads? That was a tough Eggman robot. But we showed Eggman who's boss!" The azure hedgehog encouraged.
"I'm fine Sonic. But I have a bad feeling that it wasn't the only one." Shadow worried. Sonic looked surprised.
"With the size of that thing? No way! It was as big as the colony itself! It was lucky we had the seven chaos emeralds by our side or we wouldn't have beat it." He had a point there. "C'mon, let's get back to the others at Earth.
~AT EARTH~
Shadow gasped at the site before him. "Oh…my…Gawd!"
To his and Sonic's terror, there were the same robot they battled before, plus many others, terrorizing Earth. Tails, Amy, Knuckles, and all the others, even Cream, were fighting the Robots. The robot spotted Sonic and Shadow. The robot pointed his turret at Sonic. He shot them bullet straight at Sonic's heart.
AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
~End of Flash back~
Who am I? And what is my purpose? And just who is Sonic? I guess I'll have to find these "chaos emeralds" and maybe they will help me.
