Summary: EO Drabble Challenge: Ease: Castiel tries to do what he can to make Dean more comfortable in their new, hopefully temporary, home. Season 7 Finale Spoilers.
A/N: Couldn't resist writing another dribble centering around Purgatory, primarily Dean and Castiel trapped there. This certainly won't be my last drabble involving the season 7 finale.
With great ease, Castiel slid to the dirt-hewn ground, leaning his back up against a tall, gnarled tree and guiding Dean down gently to sit beside him. The Winchester boy pulled himself closer upon hearing nearby howls, using the angel's trench coat, shucked off an hour or so back, as a decent enough pillow.
The weakening Castiel smiled, altogether pleased he could provide something substantial for Dean, time to rest before they went on, searching for a portal to escape this treacherous wasteland.
"You wouldn't happen to have any food on you, would ya?"
The angel sighed, stretching out further.
