I created these, but I do not own any of the shows, movies, and things they may reference too.
Slightly based off what my friend and I wrote during our HUGE naruto obession...I am ashamed.
You may use these with your friends if you have one that is Uke and Seme as I do. Just give credit to me's.

Uke
Uke must be able to just 'shut up and take it.'
A Seme is allowed to abuse an Uke in public without the Uke's actual resistance (fake resistance is fine, and often preferred), even in front of said Uke's cover girlfriend or parents.
an Uke will never wear the pants in the relationship (and will wear a skirt when told to do so.)
and Uke will scream like a man.
Blush, or not to blush. That is the question. The answer? Blush.
and Uke will swear, use cuter words like 'friken' 'fudge' and 'evil person' instead of swears or real name calling.

Ukes must do as much yaoi as possible.
Seme
a Seme must refrain from public displays of girliness whenever possible.
A Seme must never say uncle, unless you are letting your Uke feel powerful…key word. Feel.
a Seme must never let your Uke talk to another man.
A seme must never scream like a girl
A seme must always stand taller, and be taller if possible.
Seme's are not to wear skirts.
a Seme must say you love your Uke after passionate sex, at the end of the story, or when parting dramaticaly for long periods of time (as in between classes or until that night.)
a Seme's anime is Enzai. Take notes (and videos if necessary).
a Seme must hit your Uke, not really, but hard enought to make them wimper...
a Seme must do as much yaoi as possible.
