Chapter 1
Annabeth POV
Percy and I were walking on the beach the sun was just about to set. It was beautiful and I have to admit seaweed brain did a good job setting up this date. Most of the dates that he set up over the last 6 years we have been dating ended in a disaster but this one was going great. Oh my gods 6 years wow I can't believe we have been dating that long it seems like yesterday we had `our underwater kiss.
"Annabeth, Annabeth, Wise Girl, "Percy said so I'd wake up from my daydream.
"Huh what," I said.
"Just wanted to say I love you," Percy said.
I laughed and said "I love you too."
We found a good spot on the beach and sat down watching the sun set. When I looked at Percy he was down on one knee with a little blue box in his hand.
"Annabeth will you marry me," Percy asked as he opened the blue box.
Inside the box was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen it was Imperial Gold with a Celestial Bronze strip around it and on the strip were small diamonds.
I hugged Percy and whispered "yes" in his ear. I kissed him then he put the ring on my finger. It felt so surreal all these years and now we are going to be in this together forever. That is all I've ever wanted because, I love him with all my heart and nothing can ever make me forget this moment.
