I'm currently bored with all of my stories so I'm just going to write a new one. Oh and don't worry if I sound like I'm high or on crack cause its 2:30 AM right now so I'm just a little tired (:

It's like we're standing outside while they're looking out the window
Picking up pace, losing control
Of all the things we are, all the things we know, it's like aye aye
It's like I just couldn't care less, but I'm wrapped around her finger
Started placing all my bets the day that we met
And staying up to late, the way you make me wait, it's like aye aye

You Are My Everything
Chapter 1- The Flashback

Five years ago…

"Derrick, I'm tired. I'll talk to you tomorrow." Massie Block said into the phone.

"Let's go somewhere." Derrick Harrington, her boyfriend, said. (Do I need to go through the characters… like Massie Block the alpha of Octavian Country Day with her brown hair ect.? Ok cause I'm not. I'm too tired.)

"I just told you, I'm tired." Massie said and tried to hang up.

"Too bad. Let's go out!" Derrick said more excitedly.

"Derrick it's 2 in the morning. We have to get up for school in like 4 hours!" Massie complained.

"Who cares about school? It's our senior year, you were already accepted to University Of South Carolina and I'm going to University of Scranton. (I didn't think they'd go to Yale or whatever so I just used the school my one sister goes to and the school my other sister is going to go to :D )

"That doesn't mean we should miss school. Colleges can unaccept you. They don't like Senioritis." Massie lectured.

"Noted, mom. C'mon Massie, it's almost the end of the year. This could be our last chance to spend some real time together." He said.

"Derrick-"

"Afraid to take a chance, Block?" He smirked.

"No." She stated.

"Prove it." He pushed her.

"Fine, pick me up in 10 minutes." Massie said and hung up. Derrick smiled with content.

"I'm here." Derrick whispered through the phone from Massie's yard. He didn't want to wake anyone up.

"Coming." Massie whispered and hung up. She tiptoed down the hallway, checked to make sure her parents were still asleep, and went outside.

She stepped outside not knowing it was raining, getting her soaked. Derrick ran up to her.

"Ugh, it's pouring!" Massie whisper-shouted.

"Let's go!" Derrick said as they ran for his car.

Derrick speeded down the wet road.

"Where are we going?" Massie asked anxiously.

"You'll see." Derrick said with a smile on his face.

"Can you slow down please? It's wet and rainy." She said.

"Yes, mother." He said.

"Oh yea, well does your mother do this to you?" Massie said and leaned into Derrick for a kiss. They kissed for at least 3 seconds but then Massie realized they were still driving.

"Derrick, look out!" Massie screeched. Derrick did a sharp turn but the wet road caused the car to spin and then-

Five years later…

Derrick shook his head. He didn't want to get into the worst part of the flashback. The part when their car crashed into another car. The part when he blacked out. The part when he woke up in a hospital. The part when Massie didn't.

Derrick pretended it never happened. The day after, he erased it from his mind. He dropped out of school, didn't go to college, and moved away. He started fresh and he never thought of it again, until now. He looked at his high school reunion invitation and the flashback started again.

Whaddya think? Review please (:

Love always,
Rebecca
