Romeo's Tragedy
By Pinkmoon
Life and Death
Ironies of Breath
Sweet sighs, terrible cries
As she lies
Appearing dead
He takes her hand
While decay feels the air
And dampness caresses his hair
There lied his sweet wife
Juliet, his breath and life
To kiss her one last time
And then do the crime
The vile to his lips press
As he breathes his last breath
The cold, tasteless liquid rolls over his tongue
And in his ears begins Death hum
And as he falls
He sees the greatest sorrow of all
His mind is no longer soothe
For his dead maiden's hand moved.
