There is a knock at the door. " Come in!" shouted Leonard. Amy Farrah Fowler walked through the doorway with a crumpled paper bag in hand. "Hey guys…..Hey Besty." said Amy. Penny's eyes widened at the sight of her friend. She stood up and started walking towards Amy, when Amy asked her " Where are you going?"

" I have something to do." responded Penny.

" Which would be…?"

She pauses, too embarrassed to say the real reason "I don't need to tell you." she says in a harsh defensive tone.

"Yes, you should. We're in a relationship, we shouldn't keep secrets from each other."

"Leonard, you are so freaking possessive. We aren't in a relationship. We have had sex a couple of times recently, which I was drunk during all of those occasions, that's it. Besides this situation doesn't even apply to you." she lied, it had a lot to do with him.

"Let's go besty." chimed Amy as she grabbed Penny's arm to go across the hall to her own apartment.

"Wow with you guys and all of your crazy shenanigans my life is like a tv sitcom." said Amy grinning, as Penny closes and locks her apartment door.

Penny grabs the bag from her quirky friend "TV sitcoms are funny" says Penny as she unravels the bag "This sucks, and can ruin mine and Leonard's life." revealing a box that contains a pregnancy test "Thanks sooooo much for going to the store for me." she leans toward Amy for a light hug, but Amy goes on for a full embrace.

" I received a cornucopia of stares from people. Maybe it was I bought a pack of smokes for my monkey's in my addiction study." she continues "How come you haven't told Leonard about the possibility that you are carrying his spawn in your womb?"

" I don't want him to know unless this test comes back positive. Even then I might not tell him. I don't want to ruin his life too. How long do you think its bill till I'll show if I'm pregnant?

"Well usually the mother is a good indicator as how big your uterine wall with expand."

"OHHHH GOOODDD! I'm gonna be a blimp." she continues "It says here I have to pee on the applicator piece, place it on a dry surface, then wait 3 minutes. Warning, test line may be fainter that control line. Follow up with doctors visit." she starts walking towards her bathroom. "Well, wish me luck."

Penny closes her bathroom door. The sound of her pee hitting the sound somehow gave Amy a sort of calming sense to it, But it unsettled Penny to her wits end. Once she finished she left the bathroom to wait. "Oh god Amy I hate this. I want this test to come back negative, but ughhhhh I just hate this." And they waited, waited, and waited. Penny had to fight the urge to drink. "How long does 3 minutes have to take."

"Besty…..times up." Amy said in monotone. They both got up and went to the bathroom.

Penny picked up the test, and speechlessly said "Damn" as a tear ran down her check.
