Ellen came to the top floor of Deus Ex Machina Industries to find the office in shambles. Not only that, but also she saw a sight which horrifies her.
The death of Isaac Westcott. Her Ike is now dead.
"You!" she faced the creature responsible for her master's death. It was none other than Makuta Teridax.
"Yes, me!" Teridax gloated on this achievement.
"Why?!" Ellen demanded.
"This piece of garbage tried to copy me, that's why," Teridax pointed to the corpse of the Managing Director of Deus Ex Machina Industries. "If he thought he can rule the world with the powers of the Inverse Spirits, then how much has he achieved so far? He only got the Inverse powers of this Spirit named Nia Honjou, and were his abilities to have omniscience, future manipulation, summoning, and book imprisonment made him powerful? No, he doesn't know the true meaning of power. He didn't planned well. That's why he lost."
As much as she wanted to defend her master, Ellen has nothing to say about the statement. In fact, she realized that the Makuta has a point on all this.
"Now, you will serve me," the creature asserted his leadership over the company. "I'll be the one to do what he could not."
"Who do you think you're talking to?" Ellen said in a demanding tone, as if she tried not to be swayed by the creature who killed her Ike. "You presumed to command his army?! Ike is now dead because of you! We have no ruler!"
Suddenly, a physical hand of shadow appeared out of nowhere to squeeze her tightly, and it was unleashed by none other than Teridax from his own chest.
"The Managing Director of Deus Ex Machina Industries... is dead," he tried asserting his leadership to her by using force.
"Long live the Makuta," Ellen is left with no other choice but to give in to his new leadership.
With satisfaction on his face, Teridax releases his grip on her as he is ready to make his next move against Shido Itsuka and his Spirit harem.
