You Played Me, Now I say Goodbye

The sky was clear and bright that day and the wind blowing peacefully, yet behind the peacefullnness a hidden pain was their; a heart that had been shattered, torn and broken.

A fight had broken out between two lover's that day and ended in such a tragic way, a misunderstanding leading to a break-up of the once best friends turned couple of 2 years.

In an apatment building near the end of the city a lover's quarell broke out.

"I love you." He whispered to him.

"Hn." Was the only reply as they sat on the sofa cuddling.

"Do you love me?" He asked as he ran his hands through his partner's hair.

"I don't love you, I never did, it was only for pleasure I sticked around." He answered and was pushed harshly from the embrace.

"So that how it is then." He stated his tone was vicious; his eyes filled with disgust as he stalked out the living room and up to their room and he followed him fearing something bad is gonna happen and he was right, he saw him throwing his clothes on their bed. He was hurt but he pushed the emotion aside.

"W-what are you doing?" He aked clearly fearing what his other half was doing. He got his reply.

"I'm sick of this! You have played with me long enough Yuu Kanda I'm leaving!" Allen screamed as he shove all his clothes into his bag like a madman. He couldn't belive what he was hearing.

"You can't! Please don't leave me!" Kanda pleaaded, desperation lacing his tone.

"Why the fuck not? You never did love me!." he spat back as all his clothes were in his bag and he sent a glare straight at the latter.

"What? No! I love you. Don't say that! It was a joke!" He was confusssed but then he realised what he said a while ago and he reasoned out, now desperate to stop the other from leaving him.

"Don't fucking give me that shit of an excuse!" We're Over!" he hissed and threw the silver ring at him, stroming out of their shared room and out the apartment door with a loud bang that resonated through the whole house.

Kanda feel to his knees as he picked up the ring from the floor, he held it tight, his hand were trembling, his vision was blurring and the pain in his heart was so intense that he felt like it was going to burst, suffucating him at the same time. Hot tears then began to fall, he never cried but this was just to much for him. He cried 'till he fell asleep on the cold floor his fist clenched tightly on the ring.

When he awoke he felt so empty; the pain then stirred once more. He knew it was his fault for he had played him to much but he still did it. That morning he finally snapped at him and left him for good. He is such an idoit for doing all those things but it was to late now for regrets. What's done is done.

If he had not played with him and said that to him then maybe they were still together but he his just ruined the moment. How unfortunate for them. He stood up and went to their bed, then something caught his eyes, when he took a look at it shock was the emotion he could feel. It was a small black box and in the center was a gold ring. Then he realised Allen was planning on proposing and now it will just be a dream. He smilled bitterly

"So much for a happy ending."
