Title: Alternate Universe With A Twist
Author: Chibi Zen-chan
Rating: G
Pairing: Hints of stuff, but nothing serious... Yet...
Notes: Yea, sure, there's tons of fics when people have to go to Hogwarts. But what if some of the HP characters were fused with real life a different way?
Disclaimer: Nobody 'cept Gemma, Gemma's family and friends, 'Miss' and the brown-haired boy are mine.

La la la. Happily sitting there in English, scribbling down my latest work. I looked up and to my left. Helen, who was sitting there, poked me with her pen - the yellow Jesus one which I despise - and giggled. So I mock-scowled and poked her in the shoulder repeatedly. But Miss heard our joint giggling and glared over in our direction.
"Gemma! Helen! Can you work, please??" she shouted. It's amazing what teachers can do while still looking casual, I thought as I looked at her. She was leaning on the TV stand. Thank god, she got up, and leaned over her desk with her head up. "Can we pack up now please!" So, of course, everybody 'obeyed' this small statement. We put the chairs on the desks and stood behind them. The bell rang for hometime and Miss said our row could go first because we're always the quietest.

Skippity doo. On my way home. It was snowing really hard and I had to shield my eyes. Halfway I had to stop and stand under a tree, to get my breath back and to ensure I don't freeze to death anytime soon. I am but a lowly year seven, of course. So, I carry on, and the plastic bag holding my P.E kit split up the side, so I had to carry it with both arms. Everything was snowed on. It was actually quite pretty. Aha! I thought, finally! Wilfred Owen Road! I went down there, and ran to my avenue, stopping to stare at the house down the road where there were people moving in. An important-looking blonde guy stood there, directing everyone for some reason. I shrugged and went home.

Yay. Here at home. I sat at my computer and typed like crazy. Gotta keep up the social life, y'know! Typing some little stories I'd thought of in the day at school and chatting at the same time, it was getting more than a little boring. So I went out. Leaning against the hedge, I looked to my left. The nice old lady had left, being replaced by some really wierd people. A fat man and a woman like a pencil, with a little boy wider than he is tall. So I looked through their window for a while, this being the perfect angle, and saw a rather attractive black-haired boy with glasses wearing something that looked like it was eating him. A visitor? I thought, trying to work out who he was. No, they never had child visitors. Must be a relative that doesn't get out much. I decided that must be it and returned my attention to the blonde-guy-house down the road and saw two boys in deep conversation. One was blonde, and I supposed him to be the blonde guy's son or something. The other... Not bad. He was pale-ish, with dark brown hair. But I liked the blonde one better. I shook my head and supposed I should stop lusting after my neighbours, so went inside to eat.
