Sam's blood ran cold. The flashes of memory were swift and painful. Dean knocking him out of the way as the werewolf howled and dug it's curled claws into Dean's torso. Blood splattered everywhere even on Sam's stunned face.

Wide glassy green eyes. Dean's body crumpled in a bloody heap next to the dead creature.
Dean!
His steps were clumsy and rushed as he dropped to the ground by Dean's side. Too much blood. He gagged but pressed two fingers to the icy skin of Dean's neck.
