It was almost as if an angel had fallen out of the sky…
Labrador was walking through the canyon that linked the First and seventh districts together after a long day of releasing people possessed by Kor and giving medicine to the elderly and sick who needed it. Soon then, a rustling of feathers made him look up into the sky; it was a little girl with pure white wings and golden hair with an angelic face seemingly fell out of the sky. Labrador rushed out and caught her gently, hoping that he wouldn't hurt her. The girl was hurt in several places, along with a broken bone in her wing, but she was still breathing. Labrador sighed in relief, glad that she wasn't hurt too badly and rushed back to the church.
Angel opened her eyes, hazy from sleep, and saw a pure white room and white curtains billowing in the wind. She then rushed up and felt a slight pain in her wing, but saw that it was bandaged and cleaned up, along with the rest of her wounds. "Are you okay? You've been out for a few days now, but you're injuries weren't as bad as they looked." A boy with lilac colored hair and the same colored eyes walked into the room with a tray of food and a gentle smile on his face. The little girl got into a defensive position and also tried to look into his mind. She felt a slight mental force push her out of his mind and she flinched, wondering how he did that. "Who are you? How were you able to block me out of your mind? How did I end up here?" Angel said as slightly inched away and almost fell off the bed.
"Please don't push yourself too hard. You fell off of a cliff in a canyon when I was going back to the church and I caught you. From there, I treated your wounds. I'm sorry that I didn't introduce myself before, but my name is Labrador." Labrador smiled as he walked over to Angel's side after setting the tray of food down on the table next to her. "…I'm Angel. It's nice to meet you, even though I still don't know where I am." Angel replied to Labrador, who took off his veil and set it down on the bed. "You're in the seventh district church, where everyone is welcome to come at any time. Here, it's for you." Labrador said as he handed Angel the drink, who eyed it speciously, but took it and drank it anyway. "….Its sweet." Angel replied after taking a sip of the tea. "Its tastes sweet to children who are hurt, right here." Labrador said as he put his hand over his heart.
