One-Shot - The battle is over, the Kyuubi has been sealed into newborn Naruto. Then why is the Fourth alive, and gathered everyone into his office?

Minato Namikaze stood behind his desk in the Hokage Tower, looking at his friends and his wife, Kushina with baby Naruto in her arms, that had gathered there "…so right as I was about to head out to battle and perform the Reaper Death Seal. I came across an old scroll detail some of our worlds first encounters with the Shinigami, the Reapers."

Reaching into the desk drawer the Fourth Hokage grabbed something. "It allowed me to figure out another possible offering as payment to the Shinigami instead of my own soul."

"What did you find on the scroll, Sensei?" Kakashi asked, his AMBU mask off but his Sharingan eye closed.

Minato smiled and grinned as he pulled a small object out of his desk and held it in front of everyone, "Did you know that…" he suddenly tossed it into the air to his right, where it hung without any apparent support. "…that Shinigamis love apples?" said red fruit suddenly had a bite taken out of it. The blond Kage began to chuckle at the shell-shocked looks on there faces.
