Okay, so welcome to the long awaited renewed FIRST chapter of this series. I'm finally holding up my promise and fixing the early chapters after four long years. If this is your first time reading this, you should know that prior to this edit that the text was completely gibberish. Readable, but gibberish if you manage to tolerate all the grammar errors and punctuation errors. Anyways, I was originally going to scrap the whole story and begin anew, but despite my warnings of the errors, people still read these chapters and are pretty anxious; if I may use the word, to know how it'll conclude. There's not going to be much; if any, changes, but it will be improved.
Anyways, go ahead and read the renewed and highly improved chapter of Swords of Worlds Collide.

Chapter 1-1
Couple #1 - Swords of Worlds Collide
In the distant, a lone warrior walked, bearing a shield with his Kingdoms emblem imprinted on it, along with a sword tucked beneath it. He had blonde hair that was unkempt and tucked beneath a curious cone-shaped hat. He wore a green tunic, equipping a chain-mail underneath and a white shirt. He wore brown gloves with an arm guard on his left arm. His pants was a regular tan slacks and brown boots that went up to his ankles. Alongside his pointed ears, he had eyes that were the purest of blue.
He stopped in his tracks to look towards the horizon. Seeing what appeared to be an army camp, he approached it. He had no idea where he was and was wondering if they would be kind enough to give him the info needed. From what he can tell, he's probably the only Hylian in this land as he crossed paths with travelers recently, but they didn't give him directions because they were all fascinated by his ears.
A young woman walked within the forest. At her side was a blade not like any other, having one side sharper then the other. Her hair was tied in a ponytail and was green as the trees and it went all the way down her back. She wore a blue qipao, having golden linings and slit at the sides, revealing her thighs. She wore brown finger-less gloves and brown boots with a black ribbon holding it in place. Her skin was light and her eyes were green. Her face was brave, having no fear within the world and beyond.
While the army was at a standstill to catch a breather from a previous fight, she decided to take a bath at a nearby spring which was scouted out. She was unaware of the man following her within the forest.
She arrived at the waterfall and she unhooked her dress and tossed it on a nearby branch, closest to the waterfall. She then untied her ponytail and it dropped down. She got into the water carefully and started to swim around. "Pretty deep for a pond" She muttered, unable to feel the bottom.
The figure approached the forest and was near the waterfall. "Hope she doesn't thrust a sword at me" He muttered quietly, arriving at the waterfall. As he peeked from behind a tree, he saw her taking a bath, "Oops..." He muttered quietly, ducking behind the tree after witnessing the girl he was 'stalking' taking a bath. He took another peek to confirm what he saw. Seeing that he did, he stepped away quietly, deciding to wait. Unfortunately, he stepped on a twig, breaking it with an audible snap. He then muttered evil Hylian curses.
The girl heard the snap and jolted back to see the source of the sound. "Hello?" She called out.
The man remained behind the tree, pressing his back on the tree and keeping an ear out, waiting for her next words.
"Eliwood, is that you?" She called out again, heading towards her dress and getting out of the pond, putting on her dress, despite being wet. The man remained quiet, hearing the name Eliwood. He wondered who Eliwood was, wondering if it's someone important in the army. His ears twitched when he heard a sword being unsheathed and as a precaution, placed his hand on his own sword. "Hector? Florina? Anyone there?" She asked once more approaching the tree where the man hid. She looked behind the tree swiftly, swing her sword with a cry, only to find nothing. She turned around slowly and heard a snap right behind her again. Out of instinct, she swung her sword behind her swiftly, but this time she met with another blade.
The man held his sword up, tilting it down. "Who are you?" The woman asked, pushing her sword, but the man's blade didn't move an inch.
"No one important" He answered back. Having a more muscular build then her, he didn't have much trouble holding the blade back. His original mission was to ask for directions, but he could see in her eyes that he made a bad impression and that she'll continue to attack.
The girl hopped back, placing her sword back in its sheath. Although this caused the Hylian to think she was withdrawing, he immediately saw she only presumed her fighting stance. Judging from her style, he assumed that she depended on quick, unrelenting strikes, at the top of having superior speed and agility as well. The Hylian grabbed his shield and assumed his stance.
The girl measured his style as well. Using a standard sword as well as a light shield, she assumed that his strengths are average at most. She was certain that she was faster, but she was unable to determine if she would be able to get through his defenses. She would just have to blindside him and strike him when his defenses are down. Although she figured she wouldn't have much time until he gathers his bearings again and go back on the offensive.
She started by dashing forward, drawing her sword and attempting a simple slash. The Hylian crouched forward, holding his shield out to block the strike. He followed up by sliding his foot in and spun around and slashed upwards. Where she spun backwards, dodging the strike and sheathing her blade again. She crouched again and dashed towards him, drawing her blade. the Hylian steadied himself and prepared to block until the girl seemingly vanished. Confused, he dropped his guard and took in his surroundings. Hearing her blade ringing, he turned around and held up his shield to block the strike, following up with an upward slash, where the girl flipped back, vanishing again. Seeing her gone again, he looked back to see her running at him again.
This time, he went on the offensive and thrust his sword forwards. The girl lifted her blade up, gliding it along his where she spun behind him. The Hylian followed her spin, swinging his sword at her again, causing her to duck down. She swing her blade up, which the Hylian block, using his sword to guide the sword over him and retaliated by swing his sword down at her. She held her blade in front to block the blow, where they pushed their blades at each other.
The two continued to pushed their blades, hoping to get the upper hand from the other. The girl took the time to study his features. There she saw in his eyes that his intentions of coming to her were nothing but pure. She also noted on how he seemed to enjoy the fight, where even though his face was devoid of emotion, he showed a tiny smirk confirming her thoughts. That, or he enjoyed having a small weak girl like her on the submissive. If that was his thoughts, then he would regret it. Then she noticed his ears, that they weren't like hers, instead they were pointed. This revelation caught her off guard, "What are you?" She asked the Hylian.
He, however, took advantage of this and pushed her back, knocking her off balance. With this, he charged ahead, jumping shoulder first, forcing her onto the ground where he rolled back onto his knees and used both their momentum's lifting her over his shoulders and slammed her back onto the ground, holding his sword at her throat.
She tried to throw him off, but his weight made her immobile under him and she couldn't lift her blade.
The Hylian lifted his head and his ears twitched, but before he knew it, he cried out in pain, feeling a sting in his shoulder. He looked over his shoulder to see an arrow sticking out of him.
With this distraction, the girl was finally able to lift him off, causing him to roll forward onto his knees. She stood back onto her feet and looked around to see her companions emerging from the bushes, with one pulling another arrow out.
The Hylian saw this too, looking behind him to see that he was surrounded.
A man wielding an axe walked up behind the girl, "Capture him!" He ordered.
Another man walked behind Lyn, "Are you okay?" He asked.
Lyn looked at the Hylian, "Yeah, I'm fine." She answered.
The Hylian in turn, pulled the arrow out of his shoulder without much difficulty. He continued to looked at his surroundings and saw that he was outnumbered.
"Give it up. Your outnumbered." The man with the axe complied.
The Hylian put his sword and shield away and stood straight.
Lyn walked behind the man, "Who are you?" She asked.
Other soldiers walked up behind the Hylian, grabbing his arms, "My name is Link." He answered and looked at the soldiers, "Am I to be prisoner?" He added.
Lyn and the other man looked at each other, the man being unsure while Lyn may think this Hylian; Link is innocent. "Well..." The man started.
But before they could say anything, Link swung his arms back, forcing the soldiers off. Before any can act, Link lifted his right arm to the side and crossed his left arm, then he lifted his right arm in the air. This act caused a green light to shine brightly and a gust of wind appeared. The light shone brighter, blinding everyone and the wind picked up.
Finally the light dimmed and the winds subsided. Lyn who covered her eyes with her arm, looked over it. Only to see the Hylian gone. "Where'd he go?" She called out.
"Search the parameter!" The man ordered in which the soldiers obeyed.
"Eliwood, Hector." Lyn called out to the other two Lords. "I don't think that man is a hostile." She pointed out as she saw in his eyes that he was more confused then conflicted.
Hector; the man with the axe, looked at her, "Then why would he attack you?" He asked. He didn't really think the Hylian was hostile, but he wanted to be sure.
Lyn looked away sheepishly, "Well, um. I kinda attacked him first." She replied quietly.
Hector crossed his arms, "The innocent don't run, so I'm not sure if we should pursue him or not." He answered.
Eliwood; the other man, looked at Lyn, "Hector's right. Until we are sure that he's friendly, we have to watch out for him." He replied and looked at Hector, "If we see him again that it." He added.
Lyn kept quiet. Although she just met the man, she felt that she would be seeing him again later on.
The soldiers returned empty handed, "We search around the immediate area. No sign of him." The soldier stated.
Hector stood straight, "We'll leave him be right now. Let's head back to camp." He ordered in which the soldiers obeyed.
The three Lord's started to walked towards the camp, but not before Lyn took another look at the forest, feeling like she's being watched. Shaking it off, she turned around and sprinted towards the other two.
Up on the tree tops, using the trees to camouflage himself, Link looked below where he heard the three rambling. "Maybe I shouldn't have fled." He pointed out, but he wasn't going to risk getting locked up (Again) in their prison camp. "Perhaps I should tail them from a distance. May learn a thing or two about this land." He continued to speak to himself, focusing on the girl he just fought with. "So your name is Lyn. We will meet again." He stated before vanishing in a quick light.

Couple number 1 and Chapter 1. Revised and complete.
Suppose I should put in additional notes for those reading this the first time. This series; 100 Crossover Couples, runs on pure crack and as such, will contain the most random pairings from two different franchises; or from different series. (Final Fantasy 7 and 10 counts as Crossover; as is Path of Radiance and Blazing Sword.) It will contain most common crack pairings; IkexZelda which is next on my list to revise, to the most random; LinkxLightning. There is no limit on the possibilities of any Crossover Pairings. (Just know that you won't find yaoi or yuri here.)
Anyways, here's other notes of the current chapter.
As mentioned above, there is little to no changes, with the biggest change being Link and Lyn's battle. I downloaded the emulator that allows me to play various Gameboy games; including Blazing Sword and Sacred Stones. However, despite me having the games, I am currently unable to play the games as for some reason, I am unable to save. As such, I may have still got the characters off. But, looking at Lyn's fighting style as well as her attack on Super Smash Bros Brawl, I am certain that she relies on quickdraw techniques. As well as knowing that she is pretty fast and relies on her agility. (As such, her criticals and the aforementioned attack has her vanishing before striking.) I wouldn't say she vanishes, but moving pretty fast. So I change the fight scene to reflect her style and made Link less cocky and use his shield.
Now, onto character bios.
This incarnation of Link is dressed as Twilight Princess Link, but he has mentions of Ocarina of Time Link. As such, he has access to the three magic he obtained in that game. He is honorable, genre savvy, and has poor social skills. He's not a Chivalrous Pervert as he is in A Hero's Storm. (His peeking at Lyn while taking a bath is purely accidental.) Oh, and the final blow he used to end the fight came from his guest appearance in Soul Calibur 2 (Not HD) as one of his grapple moves. As for how on Farore's Wind works for him, he can utilize it quickly to teleport short distances, but he does hand formations to teleport long distances.
Lyn is a noble of Lycia; but raised in the plains of Sacae where bandits killed her people, leaving her the last Sacaen. With help of a mysterious tactician; as well as some people on the way, she meets up with Eliwood and Hector where they proceed to save the land from Morphs. At least from what I can understand.
Now; onto Princess and Her Mercenary.
Thank you for sticking with me. Review please.
