Stranded in War
S Rank Mission goes Wrong
My name is Naruto, and I was told to do an S rank mission alone, I was on my way to kill a man named Genno, it was said he was after a stone…. Unfortunately, for me the squad was sent there to keep him from getting this stone, but the squad was killed and Genno managed to get it. That's why this is an S rank mission. I meant up with a women named Ten Ten who had friends. "These are my friends Neji-"
"Hi."
"And Rock Lee, but we call him broccoli." Naruto started laghing and so did Ten Ten, but Neji didn't.
Then Rock Lee announced "I have you know that isn't funny at all!" Naruto and Ten Ten continued laghing, and then Neji started to crack up. Eventually he lost his cool and started laghing loudly. Then they both paused while watching Neji laugh. Naruto said "ok jokes over Neji"
"Oh? Was I laughing….Sorry I lost my cool there for a second."
Naruto spoke again "anyway, I am on an S rank mission would u like to aid me?"
Rock Lee and Ten Ten said no, but Neji accepted. "Sure I can do any ranked mission."
"Ok you'll navigate." Naruto gave Neji a map. Neji looked at the map and saw all sorts of green highlighted lines over red highlighted lines. Red highlighted lines were ahead of green ones. There was a compass rose. There were towns all over the map with a bunch of trails and black lines. Then Naruto handed him a compass. "So Naruto, what do we have to do?"
"We have to kill a man named Genno"
"Well we should get going Naruto"
"Ok. Bye guys!" Ten Ten and Rock Lee said bye. And Naruto showed him all of his supplies as Rock Lee and Ten Ten walked away. They had two gallons of water, fishing supplies, and two tents. "I had an extra tent incase the other tent got ruined but in this case you have it."
"Thanks Naruto." Later that night they set up camp in a canyon. And while they were sleeping they were woken up by a lot of noises. They both got out of there tent. Naruto asked Neji "what are those noises?"
"I don't know." They stepped to the edge of a cliff and looked down. Then, Naruto shouted out "holy shit!"
Neji said "oh my gosh." Naruto started panicking. There was a war going on, there were ninjas everywhere. Every one of them was holding a kunai. Then out of the blue ninjas come up behind them. There ninja headbands indicated they were from the sound village.
