Sonic, Amy, and Sally were all at Tails' Workshop.
"Come on, girls. Can we not argue with this, please?" Sonic asked politely.
"I know you love me more than you love her" Sally said, pointing at Amy.
"That's not true! You just want him to be king!" Amy said.
"That's a lie! I truly love him" Sally growled.
Sonic face palmed at their arguing about him.
"Oh, yeah? Then why did you slap him and called him selfish?! That was way too far, princess!" Amy growled.
"That was a long time ago! And besides, I don't go around chasing him with a hammer every time I get mad at him!" Sally shouted, taking a step towards her as she did so.
"I was only a kid! Now I'm a teenager!" Amy glared at her.
"More like a kid in a teenager's body!" Sally glared back.
Before Amy could reply, Sonic stood up and separated the two girls with his arms.
Amy sighed in defeat. She thought that Sonic would probably choose Sally over her.
"Look, I know you both want me to choose you, but I can't decide with you two arguing all the time" Sonic said.
"But Sonic-" Amy started.
"No buts" Sonic said.
Amy sighed sadly, "Fine, I'll just go and leave you alone"
She left the workshop with a sad look on her face.
Sonic glared at Sally, until she left as well.
When he was alone, Sonic sat on the couch to sort through his feelings.
"This is going to be tougher than I thought" Sonic thought.
"Well, let's see. Sally is pretty, but she always wants me to settle things down instead of battling Eggman. Amy seems a bit kind, but a little annoying. She did give me the shell bracelet back from Chris's world and showed me how much she cared for me. She even saved me from Eggman's octopus robot thing that was trying to drown me" he said to himself.
"When Sally gets mad, she just yells at me. But when Amy gets mad, she chases me around with her hammer."
Sonic tried to imagine who he would have the better future with.
Both came out to be equally good.
"Man, I give up. I think both are good."
Sonic made his decision and called Amy and Sally back.
A few minutes later, Amy and Sally came in.
"So, who are you gonna chose?" Sally asked.
"Listen, both of you are pretty and nice. But right now, I think it would be better if I just remained friends with both of you" Sonic said.
Sally and Amy sighed at this.
"I guess you're right" Sally said.
"I agree too" Amy agreed.
The two girls turned to each other.
"I'm sorry for fighting you about him" Amy said.
"Yeah, and I'm sorry too" Sally said.
"Aww….you girls. Give me a big hug" Sonic said.
They both hugged him.
Author's Note: Before any of you complain that this story is mostly dialogue, it's supposed to be mostly dialogue.
Besides that, this story also shows how I really feel about the SonAmy v.s. SonAlly debate: I support both equally.
