The sun was setting, the sky a bright orange, with blends of pink and red, the sky on fire.
The silhouettes on the rooftop, Sarah lay on the floor, with Tony cradling her to him, Gibbs stood beside them with Kate in his arms, holding her to him tightyl, both crying.
Ari had tried to shoot Kate, but Sarah had moved in the way and stopped the bullet with her stomach, she collapsed to the floor as Gibbs shot Ari.
She lay there in her own blood, Gibbs was facing the loss of another daughter, although he didn't know she was his biological daughter as he only knew her as Kate's adopted daughter, as he and Kate were together now and Kate was facing the loss of the child she had been looking after and considered to be a daughter to her, and Tony was losing the first person he ever truly loved, but he hadn't told her.
She smiled up at him faintly, as he held her, and coughed bringing up blood, as tears streamed down her face, "If you ever do find my mom, tell her I loved her"
Kate nodded and beant down with them, as did Gibbs, as Kate whispered "Of course I will my princess"
She smiled at the nickname, "I love you mom and dad"
Gibbs smiled sadly, as Kate replied, "we love you too"
She struggled to keep her eyes open, as she whispered, "Goodnight"
Sarah turned to Tony, "I never told you, but I love you"
He smiled, "I love you too" he leant down and pressed a soft kiss to her blood stained lips, as her body went limp, and life faded from her eyes, Kate threw herself into Gibbs's arms crying, as Tony rocked her lifeless body in his arms, whispering that he loved her and always would.
The paramedics arrived to late, Sarah was gone, and all that was left was what used to be.
