Misaki-kun was pacing back and forth in the living room of Akihiko's condo. In his hands he was clutching an open envelope with its contents still inside, the letter in question was the college acceptance, in it would reveal whether or not if got accepted. Normally Misaki wouldn't have no trouble but this was 'the letter' and if he didn't get accepted how could he face Akihiko and his brother. Instead of reading the contents he just kept pacing back and forth.
Akihiko had just gone to bed a few minutes ago, though right on the verge of wakefulness, he had heard Misaki coming into the place and place a few items about then he heard pacing about. It had been going on for about a half an hour, leaving Akihiko awake on his bed trying to regain any form of sleep. With the pacing in the living room wouldn't let him get the sleep he desperately needed he got up to investigate.
As he started down the stairs he saw Misaki pacing back and forth with a letter on the hands, he paused trying to figure what was making his lover fret about. He thought it might have been letter from his brother, but if it were Misaki would've waken him up if it was something important from Takahiro and even then if it was important he still would have come up either to complain or tell him about it.
Misaki was completely oblivious to his surrounding and had not notice a rabbit on the prowl, as soon as he had turn to start on again, leaving his back open for attack, he engulfed in Akihiko's embrace. Misaki froze on contact; he didn't expect the man to be up for another few hours and he wasn't ready to face him yet.
"What wrong?" Akihiko asked, a bit disappointed that Misaki didn't struggle he looked down and snatched the letter to see if would freak out, though he was surprised to see him stand still.
"Umm..Usagi-san? Can… you umm…read it the letter for me?"He nervously asked, he had no courage to see the contents of the letter.
"Sure." Akihiko complied seeing the strange behavior in Misaki; he opened the letter and started reading the contents. Misaki shut his and clench his hands to worried what the verdict may be, he then heard Akihiko muffle a gasp, he turn around to see Akihiko's face partially hidden behind the letter and couldn't tell what his expression was.
Akihiko wanted to laugh at how adorable his little lover was acting but he now knew what making him fret about this whole entire time, instead he tried a different approach. Misaki who had been impatiently waiting for the verdict didn't expect for him to hug him. He then felt his lips near his ears, he shuddered at the closeness he felt and just as gentle he held him he heard him say, "You got in."
A/n: I really couldn't help it with this story, you could say this is kinds of a dramatization to my experience when I got my a letter of acceptance to college, minus the hot boyfriend, I had my greatest friend read it for and I ended up bawling my eyes out in the process. Well anyway I am going to college by the end of August, YAY, XD, I'm so happy!
