A/N: Written for the LJ mash100th prompt of 'threat'.
"Mail call, sir," Klinger's voice breaks the relative silence of the Swamp.
"Two for the handsome blond Captain. Five for the pompous Major. One for the handsome brunette Captain." Klinger tosses the letters onto the two empty bunks.
"From Hawkeye's dad?" BJ asks, opening his own letters.
"Nope. Postmark says 'Boston'. I bet it's from Trapper," Klinger observes as he leaves.
BJ stands and approaches Hawkeye's cot. His eyes narrow at the envelope sitting there, the unfamiliar scribbling, as if it's a deadly insect.
A seed of jealousy is planted.
