Not really knowing what to do, Sakura Sohma walked along the dreary dark road. It was some time after midnight, and the spirited young teen seemed empty of thought. She could barely see the sun coming up, but the tiny tint of pink in the sky notified her of dawn. Tears rolled down her cheeks, as she fell to her knees, tired, and weak. She got lost in the forest, and discovered her cousin Yuki's house. There was a girl there, she was not a Sohma, Why the hell was she there, who is she? She asked herself, as anger built up inside of her. She clenched her hand in the form of a fist. All of a sudden the girl grew larger and longer. Being a Sohma, and being under so much stress, she then became her zodiac. "Hng!" She then headed back from which she came, running quickly back into the forest. "Curse this, why me," she cried.
"Tohru you must eat something, no matter how much school work you have, you must take a break sometime soon," Yuki insisted. Tohru shook her head violently, "Oh no, I couldn't, you go on and eat without me its fine really, I insist!" she said trying not to make her hunger show, I have to keep my promise to mom! I have to graduate, and tell her how it feels to hold the diploma in my hand! She said in her head. Before Yuki could answer, Tohru shot up the stairs to start her work. "Such a hard worker, that Tohru," Shigure said gobbling down some leaks.
"Finally, I'm here, hng, now, Yuki, I have to, warn...Y-u-u-ki.." Suddenly she fainted, right in front of Shigure's house. "Oh what was that sound? Huh?" Momigi let out, running out of the house to see. "Ooooh! Look Tohru! It's Sakura!" he shouted, seeing the animal on the ground, "Come quick Shigure I think she's hurt!" he yelled, at that everyone ran out. "Sakura, who is that?"
