"But I thought you liked them. They liked you…"

Magenta's words ran in Riff Raff's head as the two of them left Earth towards Transsexual, Transylvania. Riff Raff couldn't seem to get those words out of his head. He kept glancing behind him to make sure that Frank wasn't standing there, holding a laser to his head.

Riff Raff remembered the relief and joy he felt as he watched Frank's body fall to the ground on the stage. He remembered the sadness that soon followed as tears ran down his cheeks.

He'd always tried to stay loyal and calm. But working for someone as forceful and vain as Frank, he couldn't help breaking the rules occasionally. Riff Raff tried hard to forget all the events that had occurred that night in the theatre, but everything kept replaying in his mind in slow motion. He just wanted all memories of Frank to be erased from his head.

Magenta's soft hand soon began to caress Riff Raff's, and for once, he didn't feel like returning the affection. He only felt a mixture of happiness, depression, and anger. He pictured Frank and Rocky's lifeless bodies floating in the pool, and smiled slightly.

But, why did he suddenly feel so empty? It was how he wanted it; Frank was dead. If that's what he desired, how come he didn't feel triumphant? How come he didn't take Magenta's hand in his own and kiss up and down her arm? How come he just stared ahead blankly? Riff Raff didn't know the answers to those questions. He knew one thing for sure: they didn't like him. They never liked him.
