Thank You My Friend
I was lost
I was alone
I was the beast that people feared.
But you were so different.
You spared my life as did I.
You were the one that helped me though hash time.
When I was wounded.
You were there.
I have forgiven you for shooting me down.
As you did when I attack your home.
I started to trust you,
as you started as well.
Our bond may never be broken.
By no man.
No beast.
I shall protect you from harm.
Even if it mean it may kill me.
I will never let you fall.
And you turned and did the same.
And when I feel down or sad or afraid.
You were there to comfort me.
As I did to you when you are sad, down or afraid.
And though we have gone through harsh time.
Being separated.
Almost getting killed.
Or people trying to take us apart.
We rise above that.
We have shown people the way of the dragon,
even some who wouldn't except.
We kept going on.
And even though we might not talk the same language.
We speak the same thoughts.
You were more than just a master,
a rider,
or a nobody.
Like some who think you are.
You are my best friend.
You have gave me a purpose Hiccup.
And for that.
Thank you...
