Hey everyone! This is a poem I wrote about two years ago but after looking at it again, can somewhat relate it to H.B's experiences in school so I changed a few words here and there to make it fit in. Hope you enjoy it! It's not my best poem but I was only fourteen writing it! I might post some more poetry later (that'll be better) but reviews for this would be appreciated thanks!
Conflict
When you wake up in the morning,
And wish you weren't there,
When you wake up and you're mourning,
And you wish that life was fair.
You wish you would wake up in your sleep,
Wish you could live your life in your dreams,
When you're not in trouble but you're in too deep,
What's good is gone, and nothing is as it seems.
When you walk outside your bedroom door,
And you wish to scurry back inside,
But when what's inside makes your heart so sore,
You run to your friends, whom in you can't confide.
When you go to class, and cry from ten 'till four,
Because from the fearsome, cruel Witch there's nowhere to hide.
