Prologue:
A decade and two years past, Ms. Sarah Bellum put a hand under her chin and glanced to the transparent windows of Townsville Hall from her position in the Mayor's office. The city improved and developed, a now enhance Townsville reflected in her eyes. Crimes lessen for everywhere is highly in guarded with security. And police officers are now responsible! No more monsters attack because some bodies of water, which are the habitat of monsters, are now fixed as danger zones plus there are officers who are guarding the area. Also humans are now allowed to pass the area and no other kind of transportation too. The Tjilani Locale where lives the breed of fuzzles. Fuzzy Lumpkins, the popular creature of their breed lives at. Due of Fuzzy's destructive fits of rage, which is dangerous for the citizens if he attacked. Fuzzy Lumpkins is not the only fuzzle that lives at Tjilani Locale he also has his family with him there and other fuzzles. Even he has a human relative which is his Grandma Louisiana La' Cherry, it's still not an exception for Fuzzy to trespassed the City. Unless, maybe, if he'll visit her. And hey that's civil alright! And the breed of fuzzles can't be demolish on their habitat or they will you know act like wild boars. For the peace for all humans and fuzzles, Tjilani Locale is now a forbidden area. Camping and other forest activities are strictly prohibited. Villain attacks are only now counted with your fingers. Most attacks are by the all-known Mojo Jojo. Though a criminal he was, he can be seen on groceries and he is paying for it also he is not armed. So even what he known he was, he was being civil. Some villains are not doing criminal activities anymore and gradually became idle. Especially the Gang Green Gang, they can be seen soliciting frequently but not most of the time. Well, that's pretty normal for them, right? There are also some villains that leave Townsville, for some personal reasons of theirs. That reduced the crime and villains of the City. Since the crime lessens, many people from their city decided to move to this city. Also some people who moved away from Townsville returned for knowing the news that Townsville is now a safer place unlike before. But Townsville today does not look like an industrial area and full of factories. If the city is modern and urbanize, Townsville today is better. Larger, taller and beautiful infrastructures are built. Overall, Advance technology runs the City. All residents are all in content and peace. After the miserable death of Mayor at the age of 71, just a decade past, due to severe sickness, which broke the hearts of all the citizens, Townsville is now in the hands of Mayor Sarah Bellum.
