Everyone has regrets, something they wish never happened. Here at NCIS we've had our fair share of them. Where do I begin... I can sit here and name them all, Kate, Jenny, Mike. The list could go on and on. We rarely get second chances in life, and if we do, we normally end up wasting them. I'd like to think ive learned from these mistakes, but after today. I know I've havent. This time I messed big time, and Ziva David died because of it.
