Disclaimer: I only own myself and a character in this crack pairing

I know it's August but it was cold in my room and around 2:00 a.m. when I wrote this. Human Gir by the way. Hope you enjoy!

The Sweet Cold

The Sweet Cold

(Gir's POV)

It was another normal day at the base. I was laying upside-down on the couch watching 'The Angry Monkey Show', my silver hair hanging from my head. I was pretty sure that my Masters were coming up with yet another attempt to trash Earth.

I saw something outside, it was weird white stuff. I got up and walked to the window, the weird stuff coming from the sky was covering the ground. I swiftly opened the window and tried to catch it.

When I did, it melted in my hand; surprised, I jumped away from the window and ran to the elevator.

I quickly flushed myself down, on the way I was pondering whether to be scared or excited about this melty white stuff. I finally reached the floor where the two Irkens were working on a laser of sorts.

"Masters!" I screamed. They both turned, "Will someone come outside with me to figure out what's going on?"

Lin turned to Zim and muttered something. Zim sighed and said, "Fine, but I'll need you back here later to finish this up."

I cheered as she walked over and led me upstairs once more. Upon reaching the top, I hesitantly grabbed her hand and trotted outside. I flinched slightly and clutched her dress when some of the cold stuff landed on my nose.

Lin gave me my favorite of her laughs and then said, "Oh Gir, this is snow!"

I blushed slightly; she looked even prettier with this 'snowy' backdrop. Even better since she hadn't bothered to put her disguise on; that was a little weird. Obviously, I didn't mind though, Lin was more graceful like this.

She taught me all sorts of things about this snow, and then we played a while in it. Making snowmen, snow forts, and my favorite, snow angels.

I finished another fort and was going to show my master when I saw her kneeling over by an earlier project. I dashed over, stumbling over my feet.

"Master, what's wrong?" I squeaked.

The female Irken gave a small smile and showed me her hands. They looked discolored, "Frostbite…" she whispered.

I kneeled next to her, grasping her hand in my own. I checked mine, but saw no different colors. Worried I asked, "How can I turn your fingers back to normal?"

"They'll just need some warmth and then-," I cut the green girl off as I slid two of her fingers on her right hand in my mouth.

I licked them a little, savoring her sweet taste. I slid the last one into my mouth and continued my earlier process. I think Lin reddened a little as my tongue brushed her hand.

After a few minutes I took it out and replaced it with the opposite hand, it was equally tarnished.

"Ehehe, Gir I think-," I didn't hear anything else as I'd come up with a good plan.

I took her left hand out of my mouth and looked at her appealing one. Slowly at first, I leaned towards her; then before I knew it our lips were connected.

I held a little while and then tried pressing harder, Lin allowed me through. MY tongue explored the saccharine spread of her mouth.

I was glad I ever became curious about what snow was. I was far more keyed up that she was cold. The sweet, sweet cold. I like- no, loved it. She gave me a weird look after I let go, "Your lips were frostbitten too," I gave a small smile.
