Edit; Dear lord there were alot of errors in this. Enjoy!

He was beautiful.

That had been her initial
reason for falling in love. Beauty was a great weakness of hers.

His dark blue eyes had
glittered with good humor and joy as they had danced. Lovely eyes, the color of
the Terrain Sea.

She wished that there was a
sea on the Moon, so that she could sit by it and dream of his eyes. She got so
lost in those dark eyes...

But he was not just
handsome. He was smart, and happy, and empathic. He was noble, and good, and
generous...

He was human.

She was only an air-headed
Lunarian princess, loved by all, for nothing but being the Queens beautiful
daughter.

He was lost to her.

She was not noble, or smart, or human. She had nothing, aside from her beauty, that could possibly cause a Terrain prince to love her.

And so she was wise enough
to stay away from the handsome Earth prince with the ocean eyes. She was smart
enough to protect her heart and keep away from the appealing Terrain gardens
and the wonderful warmth of the sun. She was noble enough to keep her love
hidden and smothered for the sake of her people.

She would never be good
enough for him, and so she stayed away.

She was beautiful.

That had been the reason he
had fallen head-over-heels for her in the first place. He had never met any
other creature so fair. He had thought her an angel.

She had smiled at him; it
had been as if he was looking into the sun. When they were dancing, he couldn't
stop himself from smiling. She was the first person he had ever met that made
him feel so happy. So, complete. He hadn't wanted the dance to ever end.

But it had.

Her hair was silver, like
all Lunarians. He often caught himself staring at the silver threads in the
tapestry in his chambers, dreaming that they came from the head of a beautiful
princess.

But she was not just beautiful,
he would realize. She was sweet, and caring, and empathic. She loved by all who
knew her because of her kindness and big heart. She truly was an angel.

How could he, a lowly Terrain
prince, ever have an angel love him?

He would never be so good.

And so the Prince stayed
away. He pushed his love down into the deepest depths of his heart and mind,
and tried to forget.

But he could not.

And so he stayed away.

So, the Prince and Princess
never confessed their love. Their kingdoms stayed separate. Their love stayed
unrequited. Whether this was for better or worse, neither could say.
