Ok explanation. The weird things are Enochian, I used this thing from Tumblr which is the symbols and phonetics. Its basically Cas screaming stuff and I won't translate. You could probably figure it out

"Or-van-yeh-yeh!" there was a loud scream from Dean's room in the bunker.
Sam's head snapped up but he rolled his eyes. He trawled through another list of creatures.
"Na-un-don-gal-graph-don!" followed by a loud moan.
Sam raised his eyebrows. It carried on until he completely tuned it out.

Kevin stared at his door, his eyes wide.
"Harder! Fuck, Dean!"
Kevin was happy for them, really he was, but this yelling was getting really disgusting. He got up, stumbling a bit and reached the door. He kicked aside the pillows he had used to muffle the moans.
Out in the corridor, it was louder. He walked to Sam's room, his hands clamped over his ears. He walked into the door a few times, using his elbow to whack the door.
"Sam, open up." the older man opened the door, his computer resting on his arm. He looked down at Kevin, who looked at him desperately.
"Do you have headphones?" he got out through gritted teeth.
"Gai-med-drux-gisp fam-gisp-med-malc gai-graph-un-drux!" Kevin stared disgusted down the corridor.
"You can understand it all?" Sam asked. Kevin only nodded, pressing his ears against the deluge of moans and grunts.
"You can't?"
"What are they saying?"
Kevin took one hand away for a second.
"Fuck, fuck, so tight harder harder, please Dean. Yes yes, right there oh fuck dean-" Sam stopped him, his eyes wide.
"Okay, Cas would probably heal you if you exceed 30 Db. AC/DC works along with other heavy metal."
Kevin nodded, grabbed the ear buds that was handed to him and ran back to his room.
"Holy shit." he whispered, and jammed them in before his brain could decode the latest in Cas' vocabulary.
