Naruto Uzumaki had been alone his entire life. No friends. No family. Everyone in the Hidden Leaf Village seemed to hate him… Especially Sasuke Uchiha. 'Sasuke.. What have I ever done to you?' He thought. He hated being alone, although he pretended he didn't really mind. Anyway so here he was, walking home… In the rain, hands in his pockets and head down, His sunshine hair dulled and drooping from the rain. 'Were so much alike..' The rain had also dulled his normally hyper mood.
Sasuke sat just outside his own house (which happened to be only a few houses up from Naruto's) watching the rain fall, his legs crossed on his tiled veranda floor. When a orangey-yellow figure caught his eye and he turned his head. 'Naruto.. What the heck are you doing ,you idiot' he thought. As Naruto walked past him he sighed. "Hn, Dobe, What are you doing out here?" Naruto raised his head and glared at the raven. "What's it to you? And don't call me that!" Sasuke smirked. "You gonna make me? Idiot."
A few minutes past before Naruto answered. Naruto clenched his fist and held it up at Sasuke. "I might just have to if your gonna be like that!'' The rain pelted down harder and it started to hail. Sasuke stood up. "Go home,Naruto… Its hailing and you'll catch a cold…" He said bluntly and headed inside. "Why should you care?" Naruto yelled at his retreating back. Sasuke stalled for a few seconds but held his posture. "Because we have training tomorrow with Kakashi… The Chunin Exams are coming up in a few weeks… Or did you forget?" Sasuke didn't turn around but smirked to himself. "Of course not!" He yelled and turned away, crossing his arms. "Hn.." Sasuke glanced at Naruto once more and went inside. Naruto heard the door slam shut and began to continue walking home. 'Sasuke, why do you hate me so much?'
