The storm tonight was severe and the students and professors of Hogwarts all saw it during dinner because of the enchanted ceiling. Most students were fascinated by it but one blonde Slytherin boy was so scared he decided to sit up at the staff table with his father, the potions professor and Slytherin head of house. He didn't care if the other students would make fun of him for it the next day, he needed his father's comfort and his father's comfort is what he was going to get.

"Daddy? How come I'm still scared of storms?" Draco whispered to his father, Severus Snape. "Because Dragon, everybody has their own fears and phobias and yours just happens to be storms" Severus explained to his youngest son, placing a comforting hand on the boys back when the thunder sounded again. Draco looked up at his dad, tears threatening to fall from his shiny blue eyes and Snape picked the boy up and carried him out of the Great Hall with all the students staring after them.
