Zero looked at herself, her pale green skin, almost glowing in the vast darkness of space. Eyes of a ruby opaqueness, like glittering rocks, they were. Had she dozed off..perhaps, endless space was about the most exciting thing in the universe..Right? Of course Zero, just being a little shmeet, she had seen only her home planet Irk and masses of fellow Irkens (mainly shmeets), and the odd Control Brains. She longed for adventure, the chance of becoming an Invader, maybe even invading a planet, but only a shmeet..she would have to wait seventy, maybe more years. What a long time that would be. She thought to herself.
"Irk, such a beautiful place, and only a small part of the Irken Empire, amazing, isn't it?" Zero Sighed slowly. Talking to herself was only one of her amazing qualities, she could scare other shmeets away at the flick of a finger. Of course she wasn't feared because she was a powerful bully, but because she was a power-hungry little demon. Soon after she was 'harvested' and had her pack fused to her, she tried to re-wire the system for the control brains so she could rule Irk. A brilliant plan, if it hadn't failed, of course.
"It would have worked, but the security was stronger than I expected, I thought it would just be one dumb brute, but noo fifteen dumb brutes, and they were strong, smelly, dumb brutes, and I, I, am only a small shmeet.but oh..soon I will have my revenge.yes. Luckily for me the control brains said that I was only a small unworthy shmeet, so I didn't get sent to the prison. Would have been the first shmeet there too...."
"Um, your crazy, and, I don't know you, so, um, I'm leaving now." The poor shmeet Zero had been harassing ran of, clearly terrified.
"Foolish stink! His puny mind can't even begin the amazing schemes of I, ZERO! The one and only!"
The Insane little shmeet seemed to grow even more aqueous at the nearing of her graduation from the elite training academy she had been attending, perhaps it was because then she could be eligible to take a test proving her worthiness as an invader. Or perhaps it was something totally different...
Well I hope you ike it so far..I'm evil..left you at a cliff hanger..I am working on chapter 2 as you read this (most likely). Read and review please..the pants command you..
