a/n So this is a series of crack shots and drabbles involving my favorite characters, and kids games. *grin* Don't blame me, blame my friends who decided we weren't too old to play night games. *evil giggles* I will be posting each independently, since they are each set in a different tv show.

Playing Games 2: Leverage

"You really never played any of those games?" Hardison was staring at Parker in shock.

She stood on tiptoes on the countertop, ransacking cupboards in her search for something besides coffee.

"Nope."

"Seriously?"

"Never."

Hardison shook his head, then sent an emergency text to the other members of the team. Within moments, Nate was rushing down the stairs of his apartment and into the kitchen. "What's wrong?"

Eliot burst through the front door, closely followed by Sophie. The hitter looked ready for a smackdown, and Sophie was panicked. "Where's the fire?" "Hardison, what's going on? Is it Sterling? Are we going to have to blow up the apartment building?"

Nate spun on the brunette. "I don't care what it takes or who we have to con, we cannot blow up the building! It would destroy the bar too!"

"Yeah, Hardison," Parker added, hopping off the counter to stand beside Eliot. "What's going on?"

Hardison rolled his eyes, and then glared at them all. In a tone that suggested he was detailing a major travesty, he announced, "Parker never played any kid games."

"What?"

"I don't understand."

"Hardison, I swear, if you don't give me somethin' better then that, I'm gonna kick your ass."

Parker just furrowed her brows. "What's the big deal? So I never played anything like Red Roving or that game about driving or anything. Besides, kids always got hurt when they did those things. I don't like getting hurt."

"Guys," Hardison whined. "We can't let her continue life completely oblivious to the joys of those games!"

Eliot raised an eyebrow. "I can. Believe me, Hardison, I can."

The hacker glared. "How can you be so insensitive?"

Muscular shoulders were shrugged. "I'll buy her The Lion King to make up for it."

"Ooo!" Parker hopped around a bit. "I liked that movie!"

Eliot's smile was amused and pleased. "I know, Parker. That's why I'll buy it for you, and don't hafta teach you to play Red Light, Green Light."

Sophie's eyes went wide, and that familiar, slightly scary smile slipped across her face. "That could be so much fun though, Eliot!"

"No, Sophie."

"But-!"

"Not for a million bucks and all the super models in the damn world."

Nate wasn't even paying attention anymore, wandering back upstairs, a new cup of coffee in hand.

And Parker turned to Eliot. "Are you making dinner, or will you take me to buy some cereal?"

Eliot chuckled. "Grab your coat and let's go, darlin'."

The door swung shut behind them moments later, leaving Hardison and Sophie staring at each other, wondering what was wrong with their teammates.
