Belgium is completely bored out of her mind. She is all alone in her house with nothing to do but sit around all day and do nothing. She pulls out her phone and looks through her contacts. Most of the people she barely knows or people who she just does not want to talk to at the moment. She is almost about to give up when she notices a contact that stands out to her. Romano.
Hm... I wonder if he will answer. Maybe we can get together and make some food for my brother. Belgium thinks to herself and fixes her headband. She presses the call button and hears ringing.
"Hello?" Romano's voice answers from the other end.
"Hello Romano, it is Belgium. I was wondering if you would like to come over and make some food with me." Belgium says and waits for a reply.
"..."
"Please I am bored out of my mind. I have nothing else to do." Belgium says and hears rustling on the other end.
"Well... I guess I could... I do not have anything better to do at the moment... I will be over in a few minutes." Romano slowly gets out. Belgium can tell that he is blushing.
"Okay, see you then." Belgium smiles and hangs up the phone. She goes into the kitchen and cleans up some flour left over from making waffles that morning. There is a knock at the door a few minutes later. Belgium walks up to the door and opens it. Romano is standing there looking a little flustered.
"I am glad that you came. Come on in then." Belgium says and motions for him to walk in. Romano walks in and looks around the house.
"I only came here because I wanted to get away from my brother." Romano says and looks at the ground.
"Come this way. The kitchen is over here." Belgium says and leads him to the kitchen. Romano looks around the kitchen and goes to the fridge.
"So what do you want to make?" Belgium asks and walks up behind him. Romano blushes slightly as she stands there.
"I do not really care." Romano says and looks down at the ground.
"How about we make tomate-crevette." Belgium suggests and pulls out the ingredients. Romano smiles to himself once he sees a tomato. They quickly get to work making the dish. They soon finish up and they sit down at the table.
"They all look good." Romano says as he stares at the hollowed out tomatoes that are now sitting at the table.
"They do look good. This has been really fun. We should do this again sometime. Here you may take a few home with you." Belgium says and hands him some of them. Romano looks down at the ground again.
"I had fun too... Thank you..." Romano says as he stands up. "I better get going now." Romano says and walks towards the door. Belgium follows him to the door. Romano opens the door but stops before he walks out. He turns around and places a kiss on her cheek. He blushes brightly and runs out the door.
Tomate-crevette is a snack of grey shrimp in mayonnaise stuffed into a hollowed out tomato.
