A/N: When I got the idea for this fic, I was listening to 'The More You Ruv someone' from Avenue Q. It's a strange pairing, but, Elicia is 15 in this story so…don't get any ideas. (If you're sick enough to have that idea) anyhow... Enjoy Conceit's very first hetero fiction.

Elicia, after the murder of her father, turned out to be a promising young lady with a little bit of grudge, otherwise she was perfectly fine. She led the normal life of a high school girl who practiced alchemy.
One night, when she was walking home from studying late, a mysterious person crossed her path, but she thought nothing of it , nonetheless, multiple times, she got the eerie feeling that she was being watched and finally , out of her better judgment, decided to make a run for home.
After finally reaching her destination, she ran through her day with her mother and, before she could stop herself, asked her mother an unlikely question.
"Mom, have you ever gotten the feeling you were being watched, or followed?" Gracia, her mother, was set hard at her work, not really paying attention to her daughter's question, dismissing it with
"Sure, a lot of people get…," Gracia stopped dead in her tracks and turned toward Elicia with a look of horror and worry plastered across her face.
"Who do you think might be following you?" Elicia was almost taken aback by her mother's reaction.
"Do you think it's someone from the military?" Elicia just blinked in surprise.
"Why would they come looking for me?" Both of the women, Mother and Daughter, were sitting in their chairs, barely touching dinner, were nothing short of clueless as to who and why was anyone after Elicia.
"Maybe it was Roy checking in on you" Gracia suggested, with a look of hope in her eyes, but as if she was hiding something.
"Well," Elicia sighed"That's a pretty conspicuous way of checking in on someone"
"Ok, I'll call him and see what's going on…I'm sure it's nothing big or important." Elicia quickly kissed her mother's cheek and ran upstairs to her room. When she left, Gracia picked up the phone and dialed.
"Hello?" The phone picked up and just hearing Roy's voice brought a warm comfort to her.
"Oh……Gracia…How are you?" There was somewhat of an awkward pause before Gracia answered.
"Uhh….I'm actually a little on the fritz right now, I wanted to know if you or any of your men went...to...umm…check up on Elicia earlier this evening?" Roy, on the other side of the line was a little confused by the question.
"Gracia, I don't quite understand…what you mean"
" Well, it's a long story…Elicia just got home and she says that on her way here, she passed a person then, she got the feeling , multiple times , that she was being watched. I was just curious to see if it had, by chance, been you or one of your comrades" Roy took a few minutes to think and briefly clear his throat.
"Hmm...No, it certainly wasn't me and I never gave any orders as to go watch her, especially in that fashion" Gracia went completely white almost dropping the receiver.
"Hello?" Roy called to Gracia who, at the sound of his voice, snapped back to life
"Um," Gracia tried to organize her train of thought even though nothing was even clear to her at that moment.
"Him" On the other side of the line, Roy had come up with another solution that was obviously one of the less pleasant scenarios in Gracia's mind.
Meanwhile, upstairs, Elicia was sleeping, worry – free, while a long – haired figure sat crouched on her windowsill, Watching, Waiting.
